QonaevAI launches document processing for Almaty Region

The Almaty Region administration has officially launched QonaevAI's document processing module — the first AI-powered system integrated into day-to-day government operations in the region.

The system automatically classifies incoming government correspondence, routes documents to the appropriate departments, and generates preliminary response drafts. Early results show a 60% reduction in average processing time for citizen requests.

QonaevAI was developed in partnership with bogdanna.dev as part of the broader Qonaev Smart City initiative. The platform is designed to scale across multiple government workflows, with predictive analytics and decision support modules planned for later this year.
