Smart Qonaev app surpasses 10,000 active users

Smart Qonaev, the city's digital municipal services platform, has crossed the 10,000 active user milestone just four months after its public launch.

The platform allows citizens to report infrastructure issues such as road damage, broken streetlights, and utility outages. Each report is tracked through a transparent pipeline — from submission to resolution — giving residents visibility into how their city government responds.

The most used features include the issue reporting form, real-time status tracking, and the public works map showing ongoing improvement projects across the city.
